今天看了《2012》，觉得和同导演的上一部作品《The Day After Tomorrow》没有什么分别。除了几幕具有象征性的画面（譬如说，俄罗斯女郎Tamara在密仓内快被淹死时抬头看见长颈鹿），其他剧情不是平平无奇，就是安排得太巧合。 其实这部电影只是《The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008)》内的一句话和回音：

It's only on the brink that people find the will to change. Only at the precipice do we evolve. This is our moment. Don't take it from us, we are close to an answer.

最后想到，其实黄石国家公园的火山爆发，会释放出大量灰埃，情况会好象白垩纪的大灭绝一样，全球温度急降。人类的生存，实在是一项严峻的考验——更不必提人类能不能适应新非洲高原的稀薄空气了。不过，我也不用这么挑剔啦。
