虽然相机越来越便宜、越来越多人能拥有，我却不觉得身边的人事物被摄录得越来越频繁。我说的人事物，并不只是宴会、旅行、聚餐、生日等等。认真想想，生活大部分的时间其实都不精彩的——不好意思，确实如此扫兴。可是精不精彩，都能细心品味。就如每日晚餐中的那碗饭，如果你能仔细想想是谁煲的、是谁买的、是谁种的，那么平凡的人事物都会产生味道。
